How to add and manage new project

How to add a new project type, department, and location

  1. Select the segment Projects from the dashboard and find the left side tabs: All Projects, Add New Projects, Project Types, Locations, and Departments, respectively.
  2. To add a new type, location, and department, click on the respective tabs, which will open to the listing of the current types of projects, the locations, and the departments.
  3. Fill in the deatils in the coloumns at the left-hand side and click on the Add New… tab below to create that respective category.

 

How to add a new project

  1. Select the segment Projects from the dashboard to open to the list of projects created.
  2. Duplicate an existing project by clicking “Duplicate This,” which you can find when you hover over the respective project you want to duplicate.
  3. The duplicated project will exist as “Draft,” which means the project is not published in the frontend.
  4. Open the “New Project—Draft” by selecting the Edit function
  5. Edit or update all the content and also assign the project to its respective categories, which are mentioned at the right-hand side.
  6. The Featured Image is the image featured in the listing page. Make sure the banner image and featured image are the same when updating the new project detail.
  7. Click on Publish to publish the new project in frontend.
